Fresh Theory products are proudly Philippine-made, thoughtfully formulated by a board-certified dermatologist to give you skincare you deserve.
Are Fresh Theory products paraben-free?
Yes, Fresh Theory products are paraben-free.
Are Fresh Theory products fragrance-free?
Yes, Fresh Theory products are fragrance-free, except for the hello, glass skin cleansing bar. We use minimal fragrance to mask the funky smell of the raw ingredients but still ensure that they’re gentle and non-irritating to your skin.
Are Fresh Theory products cruelty-free?
Yes, Fresh Theory products are cruelty-free. We don’t do any testing on animals. We test our products on ourselves and our community.
Are Fresh Theory products alcohol-free?
Yes, Fresh Theory products are alcohol-free. Our hey, sunshine! sunscreen has cetyl alcohol but this is a safe fatty alcohol derived from coconuts. They are used as emollients and thickeners in skincare and are moisturizing for dry skin.

Are Fresh Theory products suitable for all skin types?
The hello, glass skin! line is formulated for all skin types. The active ingredients used in the line–glycolic acid, cucumber extract, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and beta glucan–are generally tolerated by most skin types. We recommend doing a patch test first. As a word of caution, sensitive skin types can ease in the use of our glycolic acid products such as the hello, glass skin! cleansing bar, foam wash, and facial toner.
Shipping
What is your Shipping Policy?
We use J&T Express as our shipping courier. Shipping rates will depend on your actual location and purchase quantity.
When will my order ship?
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days once received. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order is packed, we will forward them to our shipping courier, J&T Express.
Once we ship out your order, delivery of your parcel will depend on your actual location. Standard delivery time are as follows:
– Metro Manila & Luzon (1-5 days)
– Provincial (3-7 days)

How much is shipping?
For orders under ₱1,000, standard delivery rates are:
within Metro Manila – ₱85
Luzon – ₱95
Visayas – ₱100
Mindanao – ₱105
Island – ₱115
For orders above ₱1,000, standard delivery rates are:
within Metro Manila – free shipping
Luzon – free shipping
Visayas – free shipping
Mindanao – free shipping
Island – free shipping
For orders under ₱1,000 with same-day delivery within Metro Manila, the flat rate is ₱200. For orders above ₱1,000 with same-day delivery within Metro Manila, the flat rate is ₱150. Please note that we have a cut-off time at 2PM. Orders made before 2PM will be delivered on the same day. Orders made after 2 PM will be delivered the next day.
For orders with same-day pick up option, orders are processed within 2 hours once order is confirmed. We will get in touch with you once your order is ready for pick-up. Buyer is responsible for booking their couriers and corresponding fees. Processing hours are subject to change during peak season.
Where does Fresh Theory ship?
We ship nationwide. We also offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila and same-day pick up within Metro Manila.
Can I order for same-day delivery?
For Metro Manila orders, yes, we offer same-day delivery with a cut-off time of 10 am. Same-day delivery does not apply during weekends and Philippine holidays.
Can I order for same-day pick-up?
For Metro Manila orders, yes, we offer same-day pick-up with a cut-off time of 12nn. Pick up location is in Sampaloc, Manila. This option does not apply during weekends and Philippine holidays.
Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for products with factory defects or wrong items delivered within 7 days upon receipt of parcel. Email us at [email protected] and include your order number and proof of purchase from freshtheoryskin.com. Please note that we will only accept returns and exchanges for purchases made from freshtheoryskin.com.
Once shrink wrap of products are removed, they are no longer eligible for return.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
Email us at [email protected] with supporting proof or images of items delivered to you. Afterwards, we will process your refund.
